We guarantee the posting of your merchandise in   up to 7 working days after confirmation / approval of the payment of your order.  

 

Our deliveries are carried out according to the option chosen by the customer. 

 

The deliveries made will follow the deadlines indicated by them according to the contracted service. Such deadline is informed to the Customer at the time of purchase when the customer interacts with the shipping information.

Marthinas Store will monitor all transit of your product and will keep you informed until receipt is confirmed, however, from the moment the product is posted, we are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to areas with different delivery times account of geographic location as well as force majeure reasons.

 

  We emphasize that we will provide full support to the customer by taking the measures that are within our power with the order delivery body to remedy the situation presented.

Some important notes:

​

1. Deliveries are made to the location indicated in the order. Depending on the choice of the company responsible for the delivery, it will make up to three delivery attempts at the informed location.
    

2. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person to receive the goods and sign the proof of delivery.
    

3. If the three attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Marthinas Store and the customer will have to pay a new shipping fee and confirm their address.
    

4. After confirming the address, the goods can be resent. The delivery period, the same as that informed at the end of the order, starts from the confirmation of the address.
    

5. Delivery can be made to third parties, such as relatives and porters, as long as they accept the product and sign proof of receipt.
